The Buffalo River Artisans Co-Operative is an organization of artists and crafts people. We are self supported in our efforts, which means that we do not recieve government aid on the local or federal level. Each item you purchase truly helps our local mission here. Our mission as a cooperative gallery is to create a venue for arts/crafts people in the area to display and sell their items. That includes a physical storefront/gallery, and a virtual storefront/gallery website. We also seek to bring the arts and crafts into our community by encouraging our members and seeking out artist and craftspeople who teach their medium to others. We believe the creative process benefits young and old alike in many tangible and intangible ways therefore getting workshops and classes together to teach and mentor others in the creative process and different mediums is a main goal for BRAC.
